Cooperative founded in 1968 in the north of Rome in Lazio. The production concerns exclusively hazelnuts of the "Tonda Gentile" variety, typical of this region, with extraordinary organoleptic properties. Harvested in August and September, they are then shelled, peeled and roasted.
